Nick Jost (Lt.Col. ret.) serves as the Advisory Chair to The Cold War Project and International History and Foreign Policy vertices at the Council for Global Cooperation.

He is a strategic executive and seasoned aerospace & defence professional with extensive international work experience in the military and aerospace industry. He has a strong operational background, in-depth expertise and first-hand experience in all aspects of aerospace, maritime and defence, as well as geopolitics and international affairs. Jost provides his consulting services primarily to clients in the aerospace, defence and government sectors.

Jost has 20+ years of international work experience in the armed forces (Navy and Air Force) as a fighter pilot and special forces operator, running his own aerospace, maritime and defence consultancy as well as working in numerous international projects. He holds an academic background in aeronautical science and international relations.
